Western Nebraska's trophy game is a well-kept secret, providing opportunities to hunt not only deer, but also also waterfowl, upland birds, turkey, and antelope on the 1000's of acres of both private and public land located in our area. The northwest portion of Nebraska is blessed with an abundance of wildlife along with a great variety of terrain and habitat. We have everything from sandhills (rolling plains), to wooded river bottoms, to forested timber as rough as the Rocky Mts. , to cropland and land in the federal crop reserve program (CRP). The area supports a good population of quality mature bucks, many meeting Pope and Young standards.
