Laughing Water Ranch

The Laughing Water Ranch, LLC is located in the Niobrara River valley just a few miles north of Basset. The ranch offers 5,000 acres of hills, river bottom, Oak trees, and Cedar covered bluffs. There are a limited number of Deer taken off the place each year and hunters will see Whitetail deer that typically score in the 150 plus points. There will be 3 rifle, 4 Archery, and possibly 2 Muzzleloader tags for this hunting season.

The Turkey hunting will offer the chance at a Merriam Turkey. The Laughing Water Ranch is currently taking reservations for the 2007 turkey season.

The Laughing Water Ranch is also a working buffalo ranch. It offers the real experience of stalking the North American Buffalo. The Outdoorsman has the option to take the animal with his or her weapon of choice. These hunts are located on approximately 800 acres of the ranches Cedar filled hills.
